So, soo... Budget Hotel
inside corner Ruko place(shophouse), no window view, not soundproof room, small n minimalist bathroom..., buutt, comfort bed and have 4 nice n comfort pillows.
many food restaurant around hotel, holland bakery and near from Ciputra World Mall. One of Exclusive Mall in Surabaya

Lokasi Strategis
Kamar cukup luas dan lokasinya di Mayjen Sungkono di kompleks pertokokan Rich Palace. Sangat cocok kalau ingin jalan jalan di Surabaya Barat, Ciputra World, PTC. Juga ada fasilitas shuttle bis gratis dari hotel ke Ciputra World. Internet wifi lumayan bagus. Free Parking.

Shop house
This hotel located in shop house complex, front office, lobby and restaurant located in one small room, room is just like budget hotel, in my room shower was leaking so water is run from pipe instead from head of shower... this hotel is not run by profesional hotel persons, lack of service, I sit with my guest for quite sometime in 'restauran' no one offering menu..So I have to walk accross street to get some food, in the morning when I intend to take breakfast all plates were wet, I try to find paper tissue but no one in the restauran so I lapse my breakfast...
