The bed is comfortable but I suspect it to have bed bugs. I stayed there for 7 nights and have been seen bugs bites on my body.... The staff is pleasant and honest. I left adaptor upon checked out and came by the next day and asked them to check. They did find it. This is not very common. It was an amazing experience with Artotel. I was surprised that a 3.5 star hotel could do it impeccably great. It's an art theme hotel done in a tasteful way.
