« This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area. »

« What can I say? Roland was an awesome host. The property was clean and well appointed. The location was convenient to get to downtown Seattle or to the university of Washington. There were plenty of restaurants within five minutes, and we definitely enjoyed the food. The property, according to my daughter, had the nicest bathroom she had ever been in the kitchen was a great space to hang out and enjoy a home-cooked meal. « The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

« Very cute space. Loved the location, close to all things downtown. Easy communication and check in/out instructions. Parking was a little stressful, especially if getting back after dark.
