It has GREAT porches on both the front and back of the unit. It's an easy walk to the pier and general store. Only two negatives I encountered. There is construction right next door, so if construction noise might bother you especially while you are outside on the porch, you might want a different unit. Also, the first night I was there I had to sleep on just a mattress cover with the bedspread. I got in late and didn't notice they hadn't delivered the linens I had paid for. The front door lock did not work, so we called maintenance and was told to enter the back door. The lock was repaired 3 days later. Construction noise beside the condo on our last day was a downer. Overall, the stay was good. We will return but will be asking questions about any new construction beside the condo! ##### Debbie J.
