New for 2025, updated bathrooms including quartz vanity tops and fresh new looks! Also, some updated decor, new furniture items, new ceiling fans and more items to help enhance your stay. This six-bedroom, six-bath Hobbs Smart Home features a marvelous open floor plan, high-speed WIFI, and expanded HD cable services. This beautiful home offers new LVP floors throughout all the bedrooms. Outside, you will find new decking and railings all around the home and at the pool including a newly expanded extra-large pool and sun deck. There is a large gas grill. The home provides a three-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Please note that the elevator size will not accommodate a wheelchair. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week.
