Unfortunately, except for the bathroom and sinks, the unit had not been properly cleaned. The scatter rugs were very dirty, the interiors of kitchen counter drawers were stained with coffee and other spills; the white sofa slipcovers needed to be washed and stains treated; there were mouse droppings in the utensil drawer under the oven. In this time of covid 19, I was especially disappointed with the lack of cleaning. Finally, the walls and ceilings are "thin" . The tenants above my bed paced back and forth rather noisily and frequently most nights, and the tenant in the adjoining unit woke me up at 5 one morning with a terrible coughing fit. The walk to the beach is fast and easy. The condo decor is up to date but we thought the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The rental company was fast and friendly when we got locked out.
