HOUSE RULES: \- NO SMOKING ON PREMISE \- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old \- No pets \- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past. \- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time. \- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed. \- Please do not move or rearrange furniture. \- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed. \- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time. \- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings. \- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.
