My 8yo and 10yo + dogs loved the beauty and convenience of being right on the beach. We slept with our window open for the entire 2 week stay to head the ocean. The house is older and not fancy but functional. I love the floor plan with family room/kitchen in middle and 2 bedrooms on each side connected by a jack/jill bathroom. Full size washer/dryer was a plus. There was lots of water damage in the living room, the paint was peeling on the outside of the house, and you could feel the entire house shake anytime someone walked up and down the front set of stairs. It wasn't an unpleasant stay, but this beach house is definitely older than pictured so renters beware. Also, there are only two very tiny televisions in this house. One small one in the living room, and then another small one in a bedroom.
