The house was close enough to the beach and reasonably priced for a teachers salary… the house was super comfy and loved that there weren’t a lot of places to scatter. We just hung out together the whole time!!! The food lion is not even a mile away and the beach was maybe 2 miles. We lived the quieter 800’s block and it was only 7 minutes away. Parking was a pain and expensive too. I didn’t budget for that, so it would be good to put that on Vrbo for a heads up. Also a day parking pass only works for that lot. You can’t leave and come back because there may not be parking available as we found out. But we loved our time at Holden beach! ##### taisia m. The house was clean and the layout was so spacious and well decorated. The weather was terrible while we were there, but the house was a fun place for our family to play games and watch movies indoors. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. When it wasn't raining, we traveled the 5 mins to the beach and was able to look for shells. It was a great get-away for our family. ##### Jonathan L.
