You will enjoy being a short drive away from local fishing spots (1.5 miles), public boat ramps (2 miles), boat tours (1.5 miles), FRESH local seafood straight off the boat (2 miles) and so much more! Bring the boat! Located in the quiet fishing community of Varnamtown. The town wide speed limit is 35MPH, bring your street legal golf carts or add a golf cart rental to your stay. You can literally drive a street legal golf cart from this home to the River and buy seafood straight off the boat, come home and grill out by the screened porch. Enjoy evening cruises like a local!
