Knot of Call was just what the Dr. ordered! The house and location were perfect for our needs, the upgrades to the property were greatly appreciated. The property manager was a delight to work with. An early glitch in the listing price was satisfactorily resolved. Views from the ocean side bedrooms and living area are spectacular. Outdoor shower could use some attention. It was very comfortable and we love the renovations. There is an inaccuracy with the check out time listed on VRBO vs what the Proactive vacations lists in the contract. Everything on VRBO lists 11 am, Proactive says 10 am. I spoke extensively with both sides about the issue; neither took responsibility for the error and I was disappointed that Proactive vacations didn't allow for any leniency at all regarding the check out time. Future renters should be aware of that as they make plans. Also, upon arrival to the house we didn't have any wifi or house information other than what we got in our check in email, so we were without wifi until we could get a hold of the office the next day.
