The beach access is located across the street at the General Store and a handicapped-accessible access at the pier giving you quick access to the Holden Beach sand. Enjoy evenings in your private pool! Boasting a highly sought after inverted floor plan you will find your large living room / kitchen on the second floor, take the elevator up! The kitchen features updates appliances with a gas range. The chef in your family will be begging not to leave after creating delicious meals. The property has a reverse osmosis system so the water from the faucet is fresh! In the dining room you are able to gather around enjoying meals with your loved ones. The large living room boasts a flat screen TV - perfect for watching the game! On the second floor you will find a 1/2 bath as well as 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
