We invite you to visit our beach house, which is family-owned and operated for many years. Our home is located on a quiet street and is a 5-minute, one-block walk to the beach. We have a neighborhood crosswalk with stairs for easy beach access on Ocean Blvd. We provide many beach chairs (reviewed annually) and two rolling beach carts to make it easy to take all of your necessary items over to the beach. We also have boogie-boards and a small cooler for your beach beverages. Our home is family-friendly, including your pets! All entry doors have keypads, making it easier for family members to come and go at their convenience. Our front yard has plenty of space for parking. We are Premier Host VRBO’s highest rating. Our home is located 6 blocks from the bridge, making it convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is also near the recreation areas near the Town Hall (tennis courts, basketball court, and entertainment venue.) The streets have very little traffic, making it perfect for bike riding, jogging or walking your dog. We invite you to come and enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family, friends, and pets. Dining and Kitchen: • Dining area seats 9 with a table and 6 comfortable chairs and 3 cushioned bar stools. • Fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator with icemaker and water/ice dispenser, built-in microwave, electric stove with 4 burners and oven, food processor, crock pot, hand mixer, drip and Keurig coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, and a good supply of china, pots, pans (T-fal. nonstick), baking dishes, glassware, and silverware. • Recycling containers in kitchen and outside • Bedrooms and Bathrooms: • 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. • Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds with 40” smart HDTV connected to Wi-Fi. • Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with a half-bath and 40" smart HDTV connected to Wi-Fi. Beach supplies in the garage were super helpful, from the extra chairs to the wagon! House was very clean and well organized. We loved the little notes around to give us helpful hints (like pull the stopper up before turning the shower water on). Our dogs loved it as well! Definitely will be back! It is a simple, cute little classic cottage that was perfect for us and our dogs. The owners provided thoughtful amenities that many properties lack. The place was super clean and you could see the ocean sitting on the back porch or while sitting in the living room. Such a beautiful place. The only thing that was kinda an inconvenience was we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Otherwise, the place was excellent. The house is very comfortable for the two of us (and we added our grandson at the last minute). I grew up visiting Holden Beach as a child and the Ritter’s home brought back so many memories. The home is located in a prime area in between the ocean and intercoastal. This Cottage is very clean, has comfortable beds, the kitchen is well stocked. They had an abundance of paper towels toilet paper, soap as well as bar soap for the shower. ##### Suzanne C.
