With its small day dock, it's perfect for boating and other water activities, while the close proximity to the Holden Beach pier ensures a quick stroll to the beach. Inside, you'll find a stylish and modern coastal retreat featuring two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups.  
  
The first bedroom offers two twin beds and a private bathroom with a tiled shower, while the second bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The spacious living room, with its large TV and cozy sectional sofa, is perfect for winding down, while the sunroom offers an extra seating area to enjoy the natural light that pours in through the windows. The kitchen is a dream for any home chef with sleek new appliances, an electric range, and seating for five at the two kitchen islands. The home also features a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside to the large back deck, which overlooks the canal, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The front deck is covered, offering a shaded spot to enjoy the island neighborhood views. With its updated decor, coastal modern finishes, and close public beach access, this vacation home is the perfect choice for your next Holden Beach getaway.
