Each room in this beautiful island home is a new experience! An inverted floor plan maximizes views, and there are five spacious bedrooms - each with a private bathroom and flatscreen TV. Four bedrooms have king beds, private bathrooms, curbless showers, and rainfall showerheads. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids, with one set of built-in bunks (twin and double), a built-in top twin bed, and a private bathroom with three sinks and a bathtub. A media room offers the perfect retreat to play games, relax, or enjoy a movie night! There is also a wet bar, built-in nugget ice maker, and beverage fridge for convenience. The views from the upstairs common area are phenomenal and flooded with natural light. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious seafood dinners! From the large Thermador gas range (6 burners) to the elevated finishes and other high-end appliances, you will not be disappointed with the details! There is even another built-in nugget ice maker in the kitchen. Don't miss the vaulted ceiling in the living room and the lit ceilings for ambiance, the cozy gas logs for chillier temps, and the half bathroom just off the open common area. Occupancy is limited to 14. The details throughout are unmatched with custom tile, designer decor, unique light fixtures, spa-like bathrooms, and more! Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers. As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
