"Out of the Blue" is a beautiful oceanfront home featuring 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms that are ready to host you and your entire family! With room for 18, go ahead and invite the whole gang to come! The open floor plan of the main level is bright with plenty of ocean views for everyone to enjoy, and the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for preparing easy and delicious vacation meals. Everyone will love the beachy feel of the decor and furnishings in this home, from the wall decor to the bedding and more. Whether relaxing on the sofa with a movie on a rainy day or enjoying the sunshine from a shaded poolside seat or a floaty in the pool, everyone will love their time spent in "Out of the Blue!"

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal hypoallergenic dog to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras only when the house is unoccupied. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
