Located on the Intracoastal Waterway with its own private boat dock (with kayak launch), 16' x 40' private saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and so much more! This exquisite home will soon be your new favorite place for sophisticated living on the waterway! "HAVEN BY THE SOUND" offers 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths, and is complete with a spacious sitting area on each of the three levels, two master bedrooms, and spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway! On the ground level you will find a living room furnished with sectional seating and a TV, as well as a heated/cooled garage with a ping pong table and refrigerator, along with a full bath. Take the grand staircase or use the elevator to access the next two levels. You will discover 4 bedrooms on the second level, with 3 of the bedrooms having private bathrooms, while the "twin / full bunk" bedroom shares a bath. One of the bedrooms on this level is a master bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the second level. Imagine cooking scrumptious meals in the gourmet kitchen, everyone dining together in the offset dining area, or gathering together in the large sitting area by the fireplace on the upper level. On the upper level you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper level includes a jacuzzi tub. You will appreciate the diversity of having a separate living room, dining room, kitchen, and study complete with computer access, on the upper level. You will enjoy watching yachts and boats as they cruise the ICW from the privacy of your waterfront balconies on each level. Rinse away the sand and sea after your day on the beach in the outdoor shower with hot & cold water (shower not enclosed). Unwind and relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the saltwater pool to cool off. Take in some of the most captivating sunsets that Holden Beach has to offer! With all of the amenities included with this exquisite home, "HAVEN BY THE SOUND" is sure to be your favorite vacation home! The owners have also provided 4 Beach Chairs & a Gorilla Wagon at the property for your convenience, while supplies last, but not guaranteed. This property is located at 148 Yacht Watch Dr. This is a NO PET Property. Note: Boat lift on dock is not available for guests use. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15\. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. Loved the views from the main dining area watching boats during our coffee up until darkness. The entire home is very lovely. Kitchen was very well equipped. The back yard had plenty of places for the children to play. The older men really enjoyed watching football games from the lower level with the French doors open overlooking the inter coastal waterway. I will say thank goodness for the elevator which we only used for arrival and departure with all the gray coolers and suitcases. Great park fro play for the children and basketball/pickle ball for the older. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk and super spacious for playing. We encountered a couple situations while there like batteries in the smoke detector went off, however maintenance was there within 30 minutes. Any questions we had were answered super quick. It is three stories and is right on the inter-coastal with its own dock. My son was getting married and we invited 6 friends. I did not read the fine print. “Events, Parties, and Other Visitors: House Parties are Prohibited on the Premises. Any special events such as but not limited to: family reunions, weddings, receptions or anniversaries are not permitted at the Premises without express, written permission by the Agent. Special Events require additional lease provisions, event fees, insurance, and/or additional security deposit. Failure to acquire prior approval for your special event could result in expedited eviction additional fees, or other action.” I am not sure anyone would rent this house that was not having some sort of event. I called the Property Manger when I realize we would be in violation of the contract. He told me we could not have a Wedding and they would be checking on us and if we violated the rules and we would be thrown out. Kind of put a damper on the wedding. ##### Ronald V.
