Stunning oceanfront vacation rental home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat is perfect for a memorable getaway. Not only does it boast breathtaking ocean views, but it also offers convenient amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a laundry/entry room that provides ample storage space with loads of cabinets. This room features a full-size steam LG washer/dryer, a sink, and a second full-size fridge/freezer with water and ice maker. You'll also find a double trash pull-out cabinet and a guest storage closet equipped with shelves, a vacuum, ironing board, and iron. The heart of the home is the fabulous open kitchen, which is perfect for gathering and entertaining. It comes complete with five counter stools and an 8-seat dining table and chairs. The adjacent family room offers a cozy leather sectional, a ceiling fan, and a 50" smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen itself is well-appointed with a full-size fridge freezer featuring water and ice maker, a large pantry cabinet with roll-out shelves, a double trash pull-out cabinet, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Additionally, you'll find a Keurig coffee/latte/espresso maker, a regular brew style coffee maker, an air fryer, a hand mixer, a Ninja blender, a 4-slice toaster, an electric tea kettle, an electric mini chopper, and high-quality Circulon cookware. This home offers two ocean-facing master suites, each featuring a king-size Sterns & Foster bed. The en suite bathrooms in these suites come with double vanities and large walk-in showers. You'll find bedside tables with wall sconces, cozy plush linens and pillows, large freestanding clothing wardrobes, smart TVs, and ceiling fans in these luxurious suites. The other two bedrooms face the street and also offer king-size Sterns & Foster beds. These bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with single vanities and tub/shower combos. You'll find bedside tables, cozy plush linens and pillows, large closets with custom-built closet organizers, smart TVs, and ceiling fans in these rooms as well. Step outside onto the extra-large 10 x 40 covered porch that overlooks the ocean. Privacy walls on each side ensure a secluded and intimate setting. Here, you can relax on the cozy outdoor sectional or gather around the table for a meal. The porch also features a large dining table with chairs and 11 hooks on the privacy wall for hanging towels, bags, and other beach essentials. Recently added life size connect four and table tennis! To top it all off, we've included a Blackstone Grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying outdoor cooking. Max guest occupancy is 8 including children of any age, no other guests are permitted at any time. The furniture, hot water tanks and HVAC is designed to accommodate a max of 8 at all times. No smoking at all, owner will see this and a $500 charge will be applied. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. \*\*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded. Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise. Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. Upon contacting the property manager, we were told that someone was going to be at the house to address the issue. No one came and we never heard back from the property manager. Never in our 10 -years in renting beach front properties in North Carolina have we ever had this experience. And while I am told that these types of bugs can be common, I am disappointed that our concerns were not followed up on. On a positive note, the beach front home was a new construction and access to the beach was perfect. ##### Roman S. Perfect for adults who needed four rooms and their own bathrooms. All have very nice king beds and modern bathrooms. Each room has an app-only tv. Beautiful large porch overlooking the ocean. Modern fully stocked kitchen with high quality cookware and appliances. Easy short path to the beach. No nearby public access so uncrowded and quiet. The house is exactly like the listing pictures. Very clean. Very responsive management company - they responded almost instantly when I texted that our door code wasn’t working. They also somehow arranged for perfect weather!
