There are water views on each side...the intracoastal waterway on one side, and the canal on the other. The house has hardwood floors throughout and spacious living areas. There are new flatscreen tvs in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living room. We had a great time at Ashley’s house. We loved fishing from the canal deck, cooking in the grill, watching movies, and driving or walking to the nearest beach access. Easy check in and out. Great communication. We had one incident that was outside of the owner’s control but she was quick to respond and the issue was fixed quickly by the local town authorities. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach very manageable. The front porch has a beautiful water view, and is nicely situated for sunset enjoyment.
