Magnolia Cottage - Beachfront Home with Unobstructed Ocean Views!

Welcome to Magnolia Cottage on beautiful Holden Beach, NC, where you’ll enjoy full unobstructed ocean views at second row prices. We are located on the East side of the Island where peace and quiet abound. We are only minutes to the causeway bridge and island restaurants. Magnolia has coastal flair and cottage detail! The upper level has 2 large size bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen and dining area has space for dinners as well as entertaining around the center island. The living room is beautifully decorated in updated marine colors with comfort for conversation, watching TV, or ocean gazing. Additionally, there are downstairs bonus quarters with its own entrance. This includes a full bath, a queen bed and a washer and dryer closet. The front porch is a must for wine at sunset, coffee at breakfast, or simply rocking to the rhythm of the ocean.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.

Perfect location and cottage

Very comfortable, lovely appointed cottage. Easy stroll to the beach. We had great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the porch.

Awesome week!

Everything looked to have been updated recently. Short walk to the beach and a great view from the front porch. I would let people know that the bedroom downstairs is totally separate from the rest of the house. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances all looked new!

Magnolia Cottage vacation at Holden Beach

Great view of beach and short walk to beach access. Cottage was very comfortable & nicely decorated. Just the right size for our small group. Liked the downstairs bedroom for our adult daughters to have privacy. Perfect getaway during covid pandemic.

We had a wonderful time. The beach house was terrific, perfect size and had everything we needed. Best location! Great view from the porch. Easy access to beach. Terrific beach, wonderful sand and waves. Great for beach walks too. Liked being at the quieter end of the island. Nice outdoor shower too. No complaints. We hope to go again.

Just what we needed!

Such a sweet beach cottage in the perfect, quiet location. Easy to get to the beach and it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Decor promotes a relaxing week. So appreciate all those little details!

This charming, cozy cottage was perfect for my family! I loved the direct beach access and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Loved the updated decor!
