The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and was in a perfect location! Walkable to beach and restaurants. The best part was the dock out to the intercoastal! My family of 5 visited Holden Beach for the first time and stayed at this property. It was a fabulous location to the beach (about .25 mile walk). The property backs up to the intercostal and has truly beautiful views. We buoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats go by. It is also on a street with no outlet on one side so it was very quiet with little car or foot traffic. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and left a sweet gift for us. With 2 young children walking to the beach wasn't a great option. but we were able to go later in the afternoon and find parking. There were a few maintenance issues but owners were very responsive. I would have liked to have had the light switches labeled and a instructions for each TV as they were all a little different. Overall we enjoyed our stay for our first time at this beach. ##### mccathern l.
