They upgraded our room when they knew it was our anniversary and also checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Banff. Great location. Easy access to Banff if required. Regular bus service into town to save on parking. Staff were great at check-in and in the restaurant. Food is amazing in there and the cocktails aren’t bad either wink!

Loved that it was away from town and more situated in the mountains. The fireplaces in the room were exactly what we wanted. And it was so awesome not to have to pay for firewood. They provided kindling and firewood for us whenever necessary
