It was a good match for our needs, away from the manic holiday traffic of Kings or Moffat Beach. The apartment is close to shops and to the beach but note that while the beach is visible, there isn't much of a view. We did not mind as places with a view are more expensive. We had strong winds during our stay but the lack of air conditioning could also be an issue during summer.
