This elegantly furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment has recently undergone an extensive renovation. The property is nestled on Noosa Hill, offering a serene rainforest retreat where you can unwind amidst the treetops and watch the sunset over the mountains with a glass of bubbly in hand. Situated just a short walk from Hastings Street, this property offers proximity to Noosa’s lively activities and entertainment while providing a secluded oasis to retreat to. The Space Enter the property through the garden terrace on the first floor, where you’ll find the main sleeping quarters. There was also a heated pool which the kids loved. The only downfall is the location. While you reap the benefits on the rooftop being on top of the hill, it is a 20 minute walk (uphill) from the beach. This meant we left once during the day and came back late rather than having the flexibility to come and go as you choose as we really couldn’t do that walk more than once a day. While we had a car, traffic and parking at Noosa beach is a nightmare so we didn’t utilise it. If you have a pram, young kids, elderly guests or anyone that isn’t completely mobile, this property would be challenging if you relied on walking to and from the beach.
