The photo's on the web page do not do the property justice. We have been coming to the Sunshine Coast for 12 years and this is by far the most beautiful property we have had the pleasure of staying at. We had a great time at 13 Bowman. Its a stunning property and catered for our needs really well. couldn't fault it. Walking distance to the surf and newly renovated Sunshine Beach Surf Club. Amazing views. Plunge pool. Comfy lounge room and great outdoor entertaining areas. Surfboards and bikes complimentary to use as well. perfect for a short getaway for us.

Thirteen Bowman is a property like no other. Commanding views of the ocean, exquisite furnishings, ideal location, and multiple areas to laze around whether in a quiet nook reading a book or in the expansive lounge room playing boardgames in front of the fireplace. #### Stunning modern beach house

Our entire experience from start to finish was 5star. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted, given local knowledge about shopping, restaurants and activities, all of which were amazing. We had been staying in Sunshine Beach for years and had not heard of some of the suggested places before. The house is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen, if you love cooking up a feast. The house was pristine, well planned and comfortable. The walk to the beach or shops is easy and the bus to Noosa closeby. What a wonderful house to stay in. Thank you.

#### Beautiful property

Great property. Stunning architectural house. Great location. The pool gets the sun all day. Short drive to Noosa. A couple of downsides- it is advertised as families / children welcome, but in reality this is only suitable for older children and is not a safe house for young children. The beds are comfortable but for the queen bed which was terrible. The kitchen lacks a proper dining table and chairs. Having said that- overall a wonderful stay.
