Enjoy a Mai-Tai amidst the jungle canopy high above Coolum Beach with the sea breeze in your hair. Spend the evening relaxing in the retro LuWOW Lounge or in the light up heated spa overlooking the Lava Lagoon pool. Each bedroom is decorated and themed. The 2 master suites have their own private balconies, ensuite bathrooms, ocean/poolside views, aircon and ceiling fans. It is a very private house set well back from the street with a huge balcony overlooking its own rainforest. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, blenders. Each bathroom is also themed with great showers and carved rock basins. Inappropriate for kids under 7 due to safety concerns with layout, railings and certain heights. The skimmer box was absolutely full. The pebbles on the beach area have all come loose and it's horrible to walk on. We ended up with grazed and cut feet. The pool has no shallow end for younger kids or non swimmers apart from the beach area with the loose pebbles and it's small. The disher has broken wheels on the bottom basket and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The washing machine is broken and not usable. Tv had all cables disconnected. It definitely wasn't a walk in and start enjoying holiday house. The fridge was leaking when we got there and needed fixing as well. I wouldn't recommend this house for a young family unless all kids are capable swimmers. It's more suited to a group of adults and teens. There was very spotty reception there for our phones and the supplied wifi was very spotty as well. It's a horrible driveway for a big car and the greenery needs trimming right back. Have scratches down the car from it. On our last morning the pool filter never turned on and we couldn't use the slide again which was very disappointing considering every day we were there the pool filter came on at 7.30\. Upsides: The check in and out process was easy and the ladies were lovely. The back verandah and view, specially while raining was amazing! The beds were comfortable enough. The hot water got really hot. The Master room is far enough away from the other rooms for privacy. The linen was nice and clean. ##### Sheree A. Every room is unique and special and the pool / spa offered endless family entertainment. Great experience. When we first pulled up to the house on the driveway we were immediately taken back by the sheer size! The pool is absolutely amazing, such a great feature. The whole pacific island theme makes you feel like you’re not even in Queensland, but some remote island just off the coast. This house is huge and spacious, I only came here with my partner and myself but this could be such an amazing place to bring your little ones and has a ‘home away from home’ feel to it as you explore the town not even 5 minutes away from here.
