Where comfort, space, and convenience come together effortlessly. Accommodating up to 8 guests, this charming two-level home is designed for relaxed coastal living. Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming second living area with a cosy sofa, smart TV and air-conditioning unit that looks out over the pool, along with a convenient kitchenette featuring a sink and mini fridge, perfect for poolside snacks or evening drinks. Large glass sliding doors open to the outdoor entertaining area, where a resort-style pool is framed by lush tropical gardens, creating a private paradise. This level also includes three generously sized bedrooms (Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4), a functional study for work or reading, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the heart of the home offers a bright and airy open-plan layout with a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable lounge with another smart TV, perfect for gathering and unwinding. Laundry: Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothes rod. Downstairs Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe cupboard. Getting Around: It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 650m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound). Other Things to Note: \*Please note the fireplace in the home is not in working order. \*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings\* \*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) \*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. \*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay.
