Breathtaking views! If you are looking for one of the Best views in Caloundra then look no further, you will find it right here in Unit 906 "The Moorings" Resort.  
  
This beautiful apartment is situated in peaceful Golden Beach with water views overlooking the Pumicestone Passage, the shipping lanes, Bribie Island and beyond. Enjoy watching the passing parade of boats, kites surfers, cruise ships and more without ever having to leave your apartment! Unit 906 offers guests a modern interior for you to unwind in with all of the creature comforts.  
  
It includes the following key features: - Located on the 9th floor with lift access, boasting magnificent water views  
\- 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (Queen + 2 Single beds)  
\- Spacious balcony  
\- Lots of natural light, good winter sun  
\- Spacious interior with water views from your balcony, living area, kitchen and master bedroom  
\- Air-conditioning in living and master bedroom, as well as cool ocean breezes for those balmy nights  
\- 55 inch TV with Foxtel in living area, there is also a 40 inch wall mounted TV in the master bedroom (\*Please note that the bedroom TV doesn't have Foxtel)  
\- Overhead fans throughout  
\- Fly screens in living and master bedroom, security screens in 2nd bedroom and main bathroom  
\- A very well contained kitchen, including dishwasher & full cooking facilities, filtered water in the kitchen  
\- Aldi brand Coffee Pod Machine (Takes Expressi pods also from Aldi). \*Please note that these aren't supplied at the unit but you can bring them a long with you if you like.

'The Moorings' Resort also has its own award-winning restaurant on site with a magnificent ambience overlooking the water. The resort is also located only a short distance from Golden Beach Village, which has some lovely restaurants, cafe\`s, takeaways, a medical centre, Spar supermarket, organic cafe/grocery store and bottleshop, and is only a short stroll on the boardwalk from the very popular Power Boat Club.  
Stay once in this stunning apartment and you will be sure to want to return again and again!  
Prices vary according to the season and your length of stay, and minimum booking nights may apply. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff.  
  
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.  
  
Further note that Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.
