This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offers a unique opportunity to bring your furry friend for a coastal getaway. Perfect for beach lovers, just 450m from Coolum’s First Bay, & only 800m from the main st, with an array of cafes, shops & Coolum Surf Club. Inside, the apartment is a spacious retreat with a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony with glimpses of the ocean & a shared garden space, making it an ideal holiday for families & friends. The Space: Welcome to this pet-friendly apartment in Coolum Beach, where you can enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing and the stunning sea glimpses. As you step inside, you'll encounter two of the three bedrooms, one featuring a cosy double bed and the other a comfortable queen. Further along, you'll discover the family bathroom with a shower, relaxing bath, and a separate toilet, accompanied by an adjacent laundry room. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for socialising with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine, whilst offering a lovely view of the shared complex garden. The dining table seats six, while the living room boasts a spacious 4-seater sofa, an inviting occasional chair, air conditioning, and a smart TV for your relaxation and entertainment. The lovely master bedroom, located at the far end of the apartment, is complete with a queen bed, and a walk-in wardrobe that seamlessly flows into the ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and even a dedicated work-from-home desk. The sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom lead out to the balcony, where you can enjoy sea glimpses and beautiful breezes. The balcony space features an outdoor table for six, Weber BBQ, and a hanging chair, nestled amidst the leafy garden creating a serene and welcoming outdoor area. Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe that flows into the ensuite bathroom. The master also features a ceiling fan and a work from home space that opens out to the balcony. Master Ensuite: Light and bright, the master ensuite is complete with a shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom Two: Featuring a queen sized bed, this room is styled beautifully with a wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom Three: The third and final bedroom is a great room for the kids and is complete with a double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bathroom Two: This bathroom features a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet, located adjacent to the laundry. Living Room: The open plan living room features a comfortable 4-seater lounge, an inviting occasional chair, air-conditioning, and a smart TV, that seamlessly opens out to the balcony. Laundry: The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, sink and portable clothes airer. There is also a dryer located in the garage. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with a singular space to park a car in the garage. There is also free street parking available. The Neighborhood: This apartment is located 800m from the Coolum Beach esplanade that is filled with bustling shops, cafes, restaurants and the Coolum Beach Surf Club. The beautiful 'First Bay' is a short 450m walk away and is a secluded, private cove in Coolum (un-patrolled). Coolum Beach is a patrolled beach, located approximately 900m away and is a great spot for swimming, surfing or paddle boarding. Fringed by grassy beachfronts, family-friendly parks, and glassy waters, your days in Coolum will be filled with soaking up the sun and great outdoors. Getting Around: It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 4 minute walk to David Low Way (Wilkinson Park bus stop) where bus services are available and operate to Noosa (northbound) and Maroochydore (southbound). Lots of room to spread out. Didn’t realise we would actually be able to hear the surf and have ocean glimpses so that was a bonus. The unit is really well set up with a very well stocked kitchen…hate those places that have only enough cutlery & plates for the number of beds causing you to wash up all the time! This has sooo much of everything! Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and modern. Lounge furniture comfy. Only the one aircon..so can get quite hot in bedrooms. Access to backyard is not direct from balcony, so not very convenient re dogs …made it less relaxing than I thought it would be. Access to cafes & beach is really close. Check in good, although entrance has really bad wifi so make sure you have copy of lock box code & instructions before you get there. Overall a really great option for a stay close to the beach in the area. ##### Jane T.
