Situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in an established owner-occupied complex with a shared pool, the 215 sqm penthouse accommodates the entire top floor. The ultra-modern and thoughtfully styled interior with high ceilings, a timber and neutral palette and subtle lighting soothes the senses and refreshes the mind. Just relax and enjoy precious holiday time with family and friends. The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The master suite with a walk-in robe and TV looks out to the ocean and opens onto its own large balcony with access to the main living area. Enjoy starry nights and refreshing ocean breezes from the comfort of the deluxe King bed. The beautiful marble ensuite with a large walk-in rain shower and floating double vanities completes this luxurious retreat. The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms both have Queen beds.
