The space  
Upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms and a modern shared bathroom (separate shower and bath), while the lower level offers a private master suite complete with ensuite and laundry—perfect for families or groups seeking space and privacy.  
  
At the heart of the home is a large covered alfresco area, ideal for entertaining with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining space overlooking the lush tropical gardens and sparkling private pool. Whether you’re enjoying sunset dinners or a lazy afternoon swim, this home is built for comfort.  
  
Guests enjoy secure internal access via the garage, and pets may be considered upon prior approval.
