This spacious retreat offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Located near Bulcock St, it’s ideal for exploring local shops and cafes. Plus, benefit from secure underground parking for one car. The Space: As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the functional open-plan layout of the living, kitchen and dining room. The open-plan living space provides a relaxed atmosphere for entertaining or unwinding after a day in the sun, while the well-appointed kitchen makes cooking at home easier than ever. The beautiful balcony provides the perfect place to soak up seaside living with its alfresco setting, barbecue and stunning ocean views. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows: Master bedroom (Bedroom one): Comfortable king bed with a smart TV, air-conditioning and balcony access. Ensuite (Bathroom one): Toilet, shower and vanity. Bedroom two: Two single beds, a ceiling fan and a desk to work from home. Bathroom two: Bathroom two consists of a shower-bath, vanity and a separate toilet with its own vanity. This bathroom also doubles as a laundry room with its washing machine and dryer. The complex offers a range of facilities including a pool and BBQ area, making it perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The lift was much appreciated as we had a lot of luggage. Property was walking distance to shops and the events centre. The kitchen could have some more saucepan sizes and pillows weren’t suitable for us but otherwise was a great place to stay and the host was easy to communicate with. Very nice apartment overall and the toiletry supplies were much appreciated too. ##### Teneile T.
