We were lucky to get an upgrade from the Manager Marcus. Enjoyed the spa, sauna, steam room and pool. Picked up key easily, parking convenient. The gym is one of the best equipped i have seen in a hotel. Great poolside facilities, spa, sauna games room etc. Pool table should be free and would then get used. Unit was a good size with lovely view of pool but could have been cleaner - previous holidaymakers food, dirty sock and toy found in different rooms! Nice to be able to walk down to Hastings Street.
