The expansive deck invites relaxation amidst rainforest surroundings, while a short stroll along The Esplanade leads to the beach. Bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the spacious living areas, with timber floors and lofty ceilings, to the deck. Overlooking the sunny tropical resort style pool and entertainment area, the kitchen becomes a hub for leisure and culinary delights. Watch children play in the pool's shallow edge while enjoying a refreshing drink or tending to a sizzling BBQ. Elevated from the street front, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area occupy one level, enhancing convenience. Downstairs, the laundry and an additional bathroom add practicality to the layout. This is also where an adjoining room can be made available upon request (fees apply) should you wish to enhance your experience. Pet Friendly - \* Pre-approved only. An additional fee applies to bookings with pets. Fencing is not suitable for small dogs as they will be able to escape under the stair balustrade. A perfect beach house for family holidays that will have you returning again and again. NB - This property is set in a lush rainforest environment. While rare, guests may occasionally encounter native wildlife in the surrounding area. I expected a slightly newer house. But it was picturesque and everything was more than I could have wished for. It was comfortable and air-conditioned. There were toys for the kids and the shallow pool area was great for the little one to play in. The rainforest feel of the street was beautiful and relaxing. Our child left his favourite toy behind and the staff were very helpful in returning it. We would definitely love to stay here again. ##### Talitha T.
