Here, you'll find peace and quiet, and privacy from neighbours. \*Accommodation Details\* The house has 2 pavilions, with the main part featuring the living area, dining, kitchen, loft bedroom and sunny, wraparound deck. The furnishings are comfortable and groovy. Catch the summer breeze on the deck where there is a big outdoor dining table and BBQ. This country home has a lovely warm vibe, and is ideal for guests who wish to indulge in music, art and reading on their coastal break. \*Bedrooms and Bathrooms\* Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with air conditioning Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with air conditioning Bedroom 3 - 2 Bunk beds with air conditioning Loft Bedroom - Queen bed \*ALL bedrooms in the pavillion have ceiling fans and split-system Air Conditioning units as of November 2022 (not the loft bedroom) There is a semi-outdoor bathroom/laundry with big shower off the main house and another bathroom in the bedroom pavilion with a clawfoot bathtub. \*Kitchen\* In the kitchen, any perceived lack of sophistication is more than made up for with lashings of country-style charm. It is well equipped with all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and filtered tap water. \*Entertainment and Living Areas\* The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opens onto the big wraparound deck with outdoor dining setting and BBQ, perfect relaxing as the sun goes down. The pot belly stove ( BYO firewood) will keep the house toasty on those cold winter nights and for lounging in front of the TV. Unfortunately, there is no Wifi at the property. \*Additional Features\* Part of the yard around the house is fenced to make the house child and pet friendly There is an off street parking bay at the house. Tucked away from people, unwanted traffic of any type, the property offers that ambiance. Lots of vegetation and with that comes the noises of fauna: early morning birds, frogs ....lot's of wildlife if you like and enjoy it. Located far away from the nearest beach, lots of mosquitos ( wetlands around ) and frogs. Need to be careful at night not to step of the lovely hoppers. Sheets and beds were clean but everything else not so clean. The living area and the kitchen had a lot of dust, spider webs, cabinets not clean also. The living area furniture and the deck furniture is very old and unkept. Needs a good clean as well. No A/C in the main living area. No where to hide inside from the devouring mosquitoes in the evenings. Very hot inside. It has ceiling fans but they don't do the cooling on hot days and evenings. Quite uncomfortable! We enjoyed outdoor fires, breakfast on the deck among trees and wildlife and the kids being older enjoyed their own space. It is close to a number of beaches, Coolum, Peregian & Noosa. The kids loved the adventure of exploring this interesting property. They were too scared to stay in the bunk room on their own though and there was a fair bit of bed swapping.
