Set on half an acre in peaceful Little Mountain, this modern single-level home sleeps 8 and offers the perfect escape just 15 minutes from Caloundra’s best beaches. The spacious backyard includes a sparkling pool, trampoline, swing set, and play gym for family fun. Enjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle with a covered outdoor area featuring dining, a BBQ kitchen, and fireplace, plus a beautifully designed interior with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, high-spec kitchen and 2 lovely living areas to enjoy.  
  
The Space:  
Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of Little Mountain, this spacious modern single-level home sits proudly on half an acre. Families and their four-legged friends will love the enormous grassy backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and plenty of seating to soak up the sun. Children will be entertained for hours with a swing set, netted trampoline, and play gym, while parents can unwind in the luxurious undercover outdoor space featuring a dining table for six, a built-in kitchenette with BBQ, and a cosy outdoor fireplace for evenings under the stars.  
  
Step inside to discover a beautifully designed home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living areas, and a spacious open-plan office nook. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas stove and oven, butler’s pantry with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and generous bench space overlooking the outdoor area. A breakfast bar with seating for five makes family mealtimes a breeze. Both living areas are fitted with large smart TVs and plush sofas, one at the front of the home for a quiet retreat, and the other seamlessly integrated into the open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for bringing everyone together. Nestled in the acreage area of Little Mountain, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, with no public transport in close proximity. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast and its abundant attractions at your own pace. Within approximately 3minutes drive from the home, you'll find Caloundra Road, offering easy access to all directions on the Sunshine Coast.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\*Pet-friendly for 2 dogs maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.  
  
\*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings\* \*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)  
  
\*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.  
  
\*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.  
  
\*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
