"Las Rias really is the most wonderful location in Noosa. Set on the river looking straight up towards Tewantin it provides an ever-changing panorama of all the life that happens on the river. It has its own sandy beach and jetty which is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. There is also a lovely pool and jacuzzi. The unit was enormous and the balconies are very large too. A personal ZbBQ was provided on our balcony. The living space was open-plan and very well furnished. The bedrooms...

"Of all the places I stayed in NZ and Australia this was my favourite and I just wish we could have stayed longer. It is top of my list of places to come back and stay again. I absolutely loved it. The grounds are spectacular. The serenity was very welcome after some busy days. Loved the lake at sunset and sunrise. Great to be close to Noosa and Coolum but away from the hustle and whole “scene” but close enough to go in for beach time, dinner or hiking. This place was perfection!! "

"Strange experience. Toilet paper ran out first day and we were told to buy our own. Initial toilet paper was a starter kit. Also had to clean apartment to avoid $50 extra charge. Never experienced such rental rules. Suggest they advertise their rules before we rent . "

"While the hotel was in a convenient spot for a visit to the local hospital we were not really happy with the cleanliness, especially of the day bed which has stains of unknown origin. Other than that it wasn't too bad"
