There are two good sized bedrooms (A King and 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a nicely furnished, comfortable interior. Enjoy cool ocean breezes from your balcony and lounge, or watch the kids play in the pool from the back balcony. Other features include a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The spacious front balcony also gets the morning sun. The sunny back balcony overlooks a tropical pool with a shared BBQ and seating area. This unit is located on the 1st floor with just one flight of stairs to walk up. There is a lock up garage with direct access into the complex. The garage height 1.75m, width 2.45m. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit and building If you are looking for an affordable & central apartment that's close to the beach - come and book your next stay at Kokomo! Bedrooms: \- Main bedroom: King bed \- 2nd bedroom: 2x single beds Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday. Linen Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels.
