With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home has plenty to keep the little kids (and big kids) entertained with its very own mini-golf course, fire pit, pool, bar and more! Toast some marshmallows over the fire pit as the sun goes down or let your worries of the world melt away as you sip on a cocktail at the pool bar. The Space: This home allows you to simply kick back in whatever way appeals best to you. As you enter the home, you will find a bright living area to your right fitted with a comfortable five-seater couch that is perfectly positioned for the best view of the large TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch that extends out from this living space and features seating for two. To the left of the living space is the dining room which features an extremely spacious dining table that can seat up to eight guests. The dining table is adjacent to the open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped and stocked with an abundance of utensils and appliances. The open-plan design of the kitchen blends the division between cooking and entertaining to create a communal space. The serving window conveniently connects the kitchen to the outdoors, making entertaining and cooking for family and friends that little bit easier. Upstairs you will find the three well-designed bedrooms furnished to perfection. The master bedroom is air conditioned and features a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, a TV, an ensuite and a charming balcony that overlooks the pool area below. The luxurious ensuite is complete with wooden detailing and a spacious shower and bathtub. The second bedroom consists of two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom which is air conditioned, features a comfortable queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Outdoors you will find a deck, made for entertaining with its outdoor TV, barstools and table, and outdoor setting overlooking the sparkling pool, mini golf course and fire pit. Watching the kids explore the backyard has never been easier than from the deck of this home with a drink in hand. The second bathroom is located outside, head down the steps of the deck to find a bathroom fit with a toilet and shower. Check out the quirky pool bar complete with yet another outdoor TV, posters and décor, a dart board, and barstools. Just next to the bar is a large BBQ and another outdoor lounge setting with space for eight people to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Whether you decide to make a splash in the pool or practice your putting on the mini-golf course, this home caters for absolutely everyone at the exact same time with its variety of fun-filled activities, each of which are just meters away from one another. Open plan living: Comfortable five-seater couch, large TV, Master/Bedroom one: Queen bed, air-conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite. Ensuite: double vanity and sink, shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and air-conditioning. Bedroom 3: Two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom 2 (located outside - downstairs by pool area): Sink, shower, and toilet. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the garage for guest use. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park in the driveway. The driveway has space for three parked cars and there is an abundance of free street parking. Any issues that may have arisen were dealt with. A few maintenance thing's that could have been attended to before we arrived, but the manager's were happy to take them on board before the next guests arrived and/or found a solution. A little bit of a different design having the second bathroom outside, down in the pool area. It was fine for us as a small family to use the ensuite as the main bathroom.Check in and check out was a breeze. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. ##### Kerryn A. Inside has been renovated beautifully. Inside to outside flows so beautifully, the deck off the kitchen area with its big screen TV down to the mini golf and fire pit are just awesome.
