The Space: This Coolum Beach, pet-friendly holiday home exudes 70s charm with rustic wood floors, walls, and high ceilings. Built into a hill, the property offers street-level entry via the carport into the upstairs area. Upon entering, you'll immediately feel like you've stepped into a treetop retreat. The open-plan living, dining, and modern kitchen area opens onto a balcony with ocean glimpses and a lovely seating area. The living room boasts a large plush sofa, smart TV, AC unit, and a cosy fireplace for those winter nights. The dining area provides ample seating with five chairs and a bench seat adjacent to the kitchen. The upstairs also features three bedrooms and one bathroom.
