Completely renovated and redecorated Completely renovated and redecorated, Elsa is a split level apartment is stylish and sophisticated with a relaxed and modern colour palette, keeping in theme with Little Cove’s signature reputation. On entry level there is the kitchen and living area (with air con) adjoining the front balcony overlooking the pool area below. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely and spacious dining area leading out to a large terrace with a further outdoor living and dining and BBQ area – perfect for spending the afternoon relaxing after a day at Little Cove Beach. On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen and 2 x singles – all bedrooms have air con), master to ensuite plus main bathroom, separate toilet and built in laundry (NB internal stairs are not suitable for children under 10). Bedding Configuration (sleeps 6): Master 1 – King Bed Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 – 2 x Single Beds Featuring all the comforts of a luxury home, the property is pristine and includes a built in laundry, air conditioning and heating, internet smart TV w/ Netflix, Stan & Foxtel, Wifi Vdsl broadband, workspace for laptop, underneath parking for 2 cars (parking space has a Tesla EV wall charger), coffee machine, dishwasher and all linen, towels and beach towels are provided for your stay. Not to mention a lockable storage cage for those Noosa Tri & Surfing fanatics or even beach equipment. All surrounded by lush rainforest and cross-breeze this is the best way to experience Noosa in Little Cove Located in the Panorama Apartment Complex (Unit 5 is on top Level also know as Level 2 – NB : no lift (Unit 5 is on top Level also know as Level 2 and 3.5 x sets of stairs from carpark or 3 sets from ground floor) in Upper Hastings Street, with access to Hastings Street via the main boardwalk or direct stairs immediately in front of the building (approx 230 steps ) down to Locale. Or even opt for a more comfortable & private walking path from the rear of the complex (approx 150 steps) that connects to Morwong Drive and onto Hastings Street. Only minutes to Hastings Street shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches – the location is second to none. “Elsa” the perfect holiday destination to escape, relax and unwind but still have everything on your doorstep that Noosa has to offer. Note: Elsa does not permit children under 10 years old (due to internal stairs) Brown & Co specialise in hybrid leasing : holidays, mid-stay (91 days +). Subject to availability. Fantastic unit, with many more features than advertised. We stayed during the busy Christmas period and really appreciated having a quiet place to come home to at night. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked with essentials and the bed linen and towels were wonderful. Make sure you find the private stairway down to the beach - much easier than the public access. The property was lovely, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, everything we needed for cooking and more. We loved the stairs to Hastings St for coffee and looking around the shops and art galleries. We went kayaking and had a sting rey jump out in front of the kayak!
