Just steps from Little Cove beach, the world-famous Noosa National Park or Hastings St with its award winning restaurants and luxury boutiques. Three minutes walk to Noosa Surf Club. Spoilt for choice, in which direction will you head first? With coastal tones, stylish timber shutters and splashes of vibrant art, this spacious two bedroom plus loft apartment sleeps 6\. The breathtaking views of the bay from the open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living, automatically lead you out to the gorgeous North-West facing alfresco balcony. You will be sure to spend most of your time out here relaxing and enjoying the natural landscape and stunning Laguna Bay views, with plenty of built in seating for everyone plus a bbq. The bedrooms are private, with the master having its own intimate private balcony with water views, a queen bed and a semi open ensuite with a shower over a corner spa. Bedroom 2 is also spacious with a queen bed and built in robes. The loft space is the perfect spot for some quiet time and most suitable for children/teenagers, sleeping for two, with a king single bed with pull out single mattress. These 2 rooms share a second bathroom which also includes a euro laundry with washing machine and dryer. The apartment also features fully ducted air conditioning. Construction noise. The apartment is perfectly situated between the National Park and Noosa Heads village. It is private and the views are wonderful. Unfortunately the peace of our 4 day break was broken by constant construction noise from the apartment directly above that was being renovated. The banging and drilling immediately above the bedroom ceilings started at 6.30am and continued until late afternoon on every day that we stayed. We were not advised of the construction in advance and the property manager did not consider that prior notification was required. This attitude is disappointing. Despite the noise the weather was beautiful and our time in Noosa was not wasted. ##### Jennifer S.
