This apartment has been beautifully refurbished to create a luxurious and comfortable base for the perfect holiday. Unit 31 boasts excellent water views over the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, Golden Beach and the Glass House Mountains. Spectacular water and mountain views from your balcony Lift access, level 5 Resort-style pool area with sauna & shared BBQ facilities - Spacious interior Nespresso coffee machine - Short stroll to local cafes, restaurants, shops and patrolled beaches Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied. Bedrooms Main bedroom: Queen bed Second bedroom: Double bed Third bedroom: 2 x single beds Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday. Linen Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
