The Space: This bright and airy family home sits quietly in a leafy street, only 500 metres from Bokarina Beach and nature reserve. The open-plan living area creates a relaxed setting kept cool with air-conditioning and flowing effortlessly into a large family kitchen equipped with generous storage, modern appliances, and ample bench space. Enjoy casual meals indoors or step outside to the all-weather alfresco patio, where a dining setting for eight overlooks the sparkling pool, perfect for summer cook-ups on the BBQ, long lunches, or evening drinks as the sun sets. A second living area with a TV creates space for everyone to unwind, offering separate zones for kids and adults, while a dedicated study with a monitor supports focused work when needed.
