"Location was primo. You could walk out the front door & turn left or right & find whatever you needed. Grocery stores in both directions, food in both directions, shopping in both directions and water in both directions + room views were to die for every day morning and night." The Location - This ideally located waterfront Noosa apartment has 2 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms and faces due north, positioned on the Noosa River with fantastic winter sun and all those water views. Double glazed bi-fold doors open out onto the balcony allowing uninterrupted stunning views over the river. Within 100 metres is the Noosa Sound boutique complex with general store, restaurants, and cafe. It is a pleasant 10-minute walk on flat pathway to Noosa's iconic Hastings Street and the Noosa Main Beach. Cool off in the river-view swimming pool surrounded by meticulous gardens or catch fresh fish for dinner from the private jetty. The Aqua Linea complex in Noosa Parade offers great Noosa accommodation, within walking distance of everything you need for that perfect Noosa holiday. Aqua Linea is on the first floor, and is a single level apartment offering 2 x bedrooms (1 x Queen, 2 x singles) and 2 x bathrooms. You may enjoy at the large complex sunny swimming pool. Entertainment includes TV, DVD, CD Player and free NBN WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele oven, microwave & dishwasher. There are also 2 x USB ports provided in a kitchen double power point. Plus full laundry facilities. There is no air-con however there are ceiling fans throughout and big sliding glazed balcony doors too to catch the river breezes. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment from the main complex entrance as there is no lift access in this complex. The property has undercover parking for 1 x car and there is a jetty onsite for pick up and drop off (boats cannot be left moored at the jetty). There is also free parking all along Noosa Parade. The view from balcony was just gorgeous. We would love to stay again. Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the first floor and only has stair access. Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. Great location. It's just a short stroll to Hastings Street and main beach of Noosa and all that it has to offer. The apartment itself is clean and suited our needs. The view of the river and the daily sunsets is what really makes this apartment pop. Would certainly stay again in the future. ##### Dean D. Pool and garden area were immaculate. The apartment inside needs a decent clean.
