Perfectly located at the rear of the grounds in a raised position to capture the best of the stunning ocean views, Andari is across the road from the beach access and only a short walk to a wonderful array of restaurants and cafes. Unit 6 Andari is the ideal location to soak in all that Sunshine Beach has to offer. The Sunshine Beach Surf Club is just 200 metres away and the year round patrolled swimming area is directly out the front. Set over three levels, the apartment enjoys magnificent ocean and surf views. The open plan living area and north east facing balcony is on the middle level and captures lovely sea breezes. Here there is a combined lounge dining area overseen by the well equipped kitchen. The upper level master bedroom is generous in size and boasts stunning, wide ocean views and a private ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms and additional bathroom are on the lower level of the home. This complex is a well maintained property with a heated resort style pool in subtropical surrounds. You are sure to enjoy a fabulous holiday at the beach in this wonderful beachside apartment! Features include: 3 Bedrooms - 1 x King, 1 x Queen, 2 x Singles. 2.5 Bathrooms - recently renovated - sophisticated and stylish. High ceilings, ceiling fans. Undercover secure tandem parking for two cars. Resort style heated pool WiFi. Fantastic location in the heart of Sunshine Beach and directly across the road to the beach. Access Requires Stairs - internally and externally from the garage. \*NB No events, functions, parties or school leaver groups permitted - Guests are also required to abide by the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour - copy available online with our terms and conditions. Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
