Ensuite off master bedroom. Two storey residence immaculately presented - one of only two in the block. Spacious living area on upper level opens to alfresco dining. Air conditioned living area and two bedrooms. Lock up garage with one additional off street car space. Short flat walk to vibrant Sunshine Beach strip with fabulous cafes and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach this two storey duplex is a great option. \*NB No events, functions, parties or school leaver groups permitted - Guests are also required to abide by the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour - copy available online with our terms and conditions Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner.
