"They used to have a shuttle bus to the casino and back. Not anymore. 😞 I went down to the lobby this morning and there was 2 containers of milk but no coffee. 😞"

"We loved our stay at the pear inn. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very friendly staff. We were able to check in early with no upcharge. The room was nice and clean, with an updated interior. Beds were super comfy. The location was great. We flew in to St. louis airport and this place was right around the corner. Parking was secure, all doors were locked and could be opened with a key card. We loved the breakfast, waffles, sausage, eggs etc. awesome atmosphere. They offer free wine and beer after 6pm for their guests. We had a wonderful experience. All of the staff was great!!!!"

"There was black long hair in the shower on the wall. There were 2 body was and 1 conditioner but NO shampoo. The lower shower head was facing the door so when I turned on the shower it sprayed me and all my stuff on the bathroom counter. I ordered room service and SPECIFICALLY said I had a gluten allergy and they sent my steak up with fries all over it. I did not order fries because they have a shared fryer! And there was only 1 bartender at the bar. We sat for at least 10 minutes waiting on a drink. When I did receive my drink the rim of the glass had brown stuff all around it. I did receive a new one after letting the bartender know. Valet was great on both check in and check out!"

"No Parking!! This hotel was very nice! Our room was great, but we arrived late. We arrive and self parking was $40.00 and the directions they gave us was for a parking deck a block and 1/2 from hotel. We are in our late 60’s and walking back in the dark was scary with all our bags etc. so we paid for valet which was $8.00 more plus tip. So the room was cheap but add that parking to it and it was no bargain. Also no breakfast offered. After this stay, I looked for free parking and breakfast provided. There are many choices out there."

"Place is dirty, they do not clean the rooms when you stay for a week. Two towels. Uncomfortable beds. "

"The hotel was great , it was in the perfect spot it had everything around it, my only issue was how small the bathroom was, it was almost too small for one person. That’s my only problem"
