"It's a beach front apartment so you want to go to the balcony, right? but the balcony has a sign that says "for your security, this balcony needs to be closed at all time". When I asked the front desk, they said I could use it. But then, part of the ceiling of the balcony fell off. I have pics of everything. They told me to call the manager to report this but nobody answers and the voicemail is full."

"The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. The location was quiet and felt private even though the pool is in the front yard. We were close to shops and things to keep us entertained and short uber ride from anything you would want to do/see in town. The common areas inside and outside fit us all comfortably and the AC really did wonders against Miami humidity! Some of the quirks noted in other reviews are true but that comes with a house instead of a hotel and it didn't take away from...
