This location having a kitchen on each floor and separate living quarters connected worked out perfect! The house was extremely clean with furnishing that look brand new. "the bed was good and it was quiet, people were friendly and it was quiet, a few fireworks in the distance but not a war zone like my neighborhood on the 4th of July. I'll never understand why blowing stuff up, terrorizing the animal world and some of us humans, is really a good expression of celebration of our independence, especially since we are facing a clear and present danger of losing it to radicals."

"Our group of 10 spent a summer weekend renting both houses and the space was a perfect oasis. We kayaked and sunbathed on the private dock, used the bbq in the common courtyard, and watched the stars from the hot tub on the deck. Communication with the owners was very efficient and parking at the houses was plentiful. Will definitely be staying here again!"
